Here I was logging onto Kiriel - it has been pretty quiet recently on my server. Lots of people quiting or having finals - who knows.
Anyway, our guild was given a wake up call for our 60s. I'm glad we have Vent (voice over internet) - there was a guild that was seeing if we were interested in joining them. The conversation was: there isn't much motivation for our 60s to stay. It's a great guild, helping, and really fun to be with - but once you hit 60 it seems like everything stops. We didn't actively go on raids or be in groups together. I have a lvl 30 in this guild that's more active then my 60.
So, the conversation was that we will get together and plan out activities. Limiting factor? No healers. We have no healers at 60 in our guild.
So four of us got onto our healers are started working with them - that was funny. Instead of doing something for an hour with our 60s - we worked with our lower lvl dudes.
I think we all want to try, and some of us want to be more active instead of putting our long accomplished 60s on a shelf. Here's to hoping this guild survives the next stage.

i'm tellin ya. it's the same on all the servers... blizzard needs to get off their chilly butts and do something fast to get 60's motivated to keep on truckin.
i have absolutely no motivation to run anything with my warlock... my armor and such is fine overall, my skills are stagnant and boring, and i'm guildless due to the very same issue you're facing.
so, i will keep on playing with you, but until i can go up to 70, it's just such a waste.

As a birthday present to myself, I quit playing WoW, but not a day goes by that I don't wonder how things are going in my guild, and what I'm missing in the ever colourful Guild Chat. :)
I keep saying I'll go back at Expansion, like so many others that have "temporarily quit", but I've so enjoyed having some semblance of a real life back that I'm not so sure that's a good idea!
Incidentally, my honey and I are on Blackhand server (primarily)...where do you guys play?
Honey and I play on Kargath server. He has a 60 alliance, but we both play our cows on this server as well. Kiriel is here too.
I also play a priest on Veknilash.
Have you seen the E3 releases? I still can't believe I've played this game this long - but then again I did the same with Diablo II. LOL
